Housing reform and rising income inequality also contribute to higher savings. Moving forward, demographic changes will put downward pressure on savings. Policy efforts in strengthening the social safety net and reducing income inequality are also nee
外文原文 Revisiting Consumer Ethnocentrism: Review,Reconceptualization, and Empirical Testing Siamagka,N.,amp;Balabanis,G Journal of International Marketing, 2015 ,23(3),66-86 Abstract Prior research has suggested that many consumers prefer domestic to foreign products, even when the quality is lower and the price is higher. Such bias is attributed to consumer ethnocentrism. This study critically examines the current conceptualizations of consumer ethnocentrism and proposes an extension of its conceptual boundaries and measurement. It determines that consumer ethnocentrism is a multidimensional construct that encompasses five dimensions: prosociality, cognition, insecurity, reflexiveness, and habituation. Empirical evidence from the United Kingdom and the United States demonstrates that the extended measurement instrument better predicts consumersrsquo; preferences for local brands at the expense of foreign brands. 附录B 外文原文 Volunteer Tourism as a Transformative Experience: A Mixed Methods Empirical Study Abstract In an effort to combine tourism with pro-social giving and personal development, more and more people choose to go abroad on volunteer tourism trips. We explore the potential transformational influence such trips have on travelers, aiming to map the transformation process stages and examine their boundary conditions. In doing so, we follow a mixed methods approach using a qualitative study comprising ethnographically informed in-depth interviews and a quantitative one, by means of a structured questionnaire. Findings indicate that the transformation process volunteer tourists undergo involves three stages related to liminality. We conceptualize the degree of liminality as immersiveness and show how the transformation process is significantly influenced by the degree of authenticity and the immersiveness of volunteer touristsrsquo; experiences, as well as their

KEY DATA QUALITY ISSUES FOR ENTERPRISE ASSET MANAGEMENT IN ENGINEERING ORGANISATIONS ABSTRACT Data Quality (DQ) is a critical issue for effective asset management. DQ problems can result in severe negative consequences for an organisation. Several research studies have indicated that most organizations have DQ problems. In response to these problems, organisations have developed various policies (e.g. fair use of data, information privacy, etc). However, it is often difficult to implement these policies at the tacit and operational level, especially identifying the areas or problems to focus on. Through a case study with two state-wide Australian utility companies, this paper tries to present the DQ issues which emerged from a number of asset management processes. The findings are thought to be valuable for practitioners, especially policy implementers, who want to align policy with real-world business.
