    原文 E-commerce logistics distribution mode in big-data context: A case analysis of JD.COM Kangning Zheng , Zuopeng Zhang (Justin) , Bin Song ABSTRACT This paper analyzes the existing distribution modes adopted by Chinas e-commerce enterprises. Based on the empirical analysis of the electronic mall at JD.com (Jing-Dong), this paper compares and investigates the different logistics distribution modes faced by e-commerce enterprises embracing the new features, new challenges, and new advantages of big data. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and entropy value are applied to investigate the e-commerce enterprise distribution choice mode and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method is used to verify the model.     附录B 外文原文 Firm performance and focus: long-run stock market performance following spinoffs Abstract We examine whether an increase in focus is an explanation for the stock market gains associated with spinoffs. For a sample of 155 spinoffs between the years 1975 and 1991, we find that the announcement period as well the long-run abnormal returns for the focus-increasing spinoffs are significantly larger than the corresponding abnormal re- turns for the non-focus-increasing spinoffs. The results for the change in operating performance are consistent with those for the stock market performance. Cross-section- ally, the stock market performance as well as the operating performance are positively associated with change in focus. An analysis of the non-focus-increasing spinoffs shows that the firms are likely to undertake these spinoffs to separate underperforming subsidia- ries from the parents. This uncertainty is distinct from uncertainties regarding description or performance, and targets the uncertainty that results from not knowing how much a product will help a customer reach their broader life goals and values. By integrating mean-ends chain of lifestyle (MECL) theory, socialized charismatic leadership (SCL) theory and product uncertainty theory, we explore how IT- mediated marketing service content of e-commerce live streaming mitigates lifestyle fit uncertainty. This article aims to analyze the factors influencing the adoption of green practices in Chinese logistics industry. The determinant factors are composed of technological, organizational, and environmental dimensions. A questionnaire survey on the green practice adoption of Chinese logistics companies was conducted, and 322 samples were analyzed. Research results reveal that relative advantage and compatibility of green practices,organizational support, quality of human resources, regulatory pressure,and governmental support have significantly positive influences on the adoption of green practices for Chinese logistics companies. Environmental uncertainty and green practices complexity have significantly negative influences on green practice adoption.
