Coal Mine Monitoring Using ARM7 and ZigBee Vaibhav Pandit1, Prof. U. A. A sensor node is developed for sensing different environmental parameters of underground mine. The sensor node has feature of wireless communication using ZigBee transreceiver. Thus, sensor node can be deployed in different parts of mine using efficient topologies. All sensed data is digitized by internal ADCs of LPC2148 microcontroller which gives low power platform with fast execution. The system prototype developed has many advantages that makes it convenient to work in harsh environment of underground mine, monitoring concentration of deadly gases in its atmosphere along with temperature and humidity. This chapter will introduce the basic ideas of Spring and dis-cuss the central “bean factory” lightweight Inversion-of-Control (IoC) container in detail. Spring makes it particularly easy to implement lightweight, yet extensible, J2EE archi-tectures. It provides an out-of-the-box implementation of the fundamental architectural building blocks we recommend. Introduction The health risk appraisal (HRA) has become a popular approach to help people identify the risks associated with personal characteristics (biological, life-style, family history). Risk factors identified from various epidemiologic studies are combined with mortality statistics in order to assess an individuals risk of mortality within the next 10 years. An individuals risk is usually expressed as risk age (or appraised age), which enables one to compare ones own modifiable risk with that of a cohort. Thus the HRA could be a reasonably efficient method for transmitting this mortality risk information to individuals and stimulating them to change in terms of attitudes, beliefs, and life-styles, if so indicated. The relationship between mathematics interest and mathematics achievement: mediating roles of self-efficacy and mathematics anxiety The present study In this study, we propose a serial mediation model, based on existing literatures on how mathematics interest may associate with self-efficacy and affect studentrsquo;s mathematics anxiety, and relation to mathematics achievement. This study contributed by exploring the mediating roles of self-efficacy and mathematics anxiety in the effects of mathematics interest on mathematics achievement (Fig. 1). The following research hypotheses will be tested. H1. Mathematics interest, self-efficacy, and mathematics achievement positively correlate with each other, and they all negatively correlate with mathematics anxiety. H2.
